Structure
Health Quarters is a private, non-profit organization operating under the 501(c) (3) tax-exempt status. It is governed by a volunteer, community-based board of directors.
Funding
Health Quarters is funded by three major sources: federal and state contracts, client fees, and private donations. All contributions are tax-deductible. In FY06, we received financial contributions from 100% of board members, as well as their many hours of volunteer service.
We are grateful to our board and to the following donors:
- Essex County Community Foundation – Women’s Fund
- The Cold Brook Fund
- Ho/Ching Charitable Trust
- United Way of the North Shore
