Health Quarters’ Haverhill clinic health center offers high quality free or low-cost family planning and reproductive health care. We provide gynecological exams, birth control and emergency contraception (Plan B), cervical and breast cancer screening, sexually transmitted disease (STD) diagnosis and treatment, and rapid HIV and pregnancy testing and counseling. Our office is located near the center of town and serves residents of Haverhill, Bradford, Amesbury and many more surrounding communities.

From Route 495 North: Take Route 495 North to Exit 51A (Rte. 125). Turn right off exit ramp and follow Route 125/Main Street, traveling approx 1.5 miles to fourth set of traffic lights. Turn left on to Summer Street. Travel approx .04 miles to end of street and turn right into parking lot. Health Quarters is located in the rear of the building at 215 Summer Street, Suite 16.
